1. Subject matter

These General Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website https://www.bunder.it ("Site"), owned by Bunder Company SRL, Viale F. De Blasio sn 70132 Bari BA, P.IVA 07734810729.

Use of the Site implies acceptance of these Terms. Anyone who does not wish to accept them is asked not to use the Site.

2. Purpose of the Site

The Site provides information about Bunder Company, products and services for waste collection and management, technical solutions offered, and contact methods.

Content is for information only and does not constitute, unless otherwise agreed in writing, a binding contractual offer or a guarantee of availability of specific products or delivery times.

Commercial, contractual, and supply relationships are governed by separate contractual terms, orders, and documents between the parties.

3. Lawful use

Users agree to use the Site in compliance with law, these Terms, and the rights of third parties.

The following is prohibited, by way of example:

The «Open in Google Maps» link redirects to Google's site without embedding the map on the Site.

Bunder Company updates content with care but does not guarantee the absolute absence of errors, omissions, or service interruptions.
