Gender equality policy

Gender equality certification aims to promote women’s presence in the workplace, including in leadership positions, as a fundamental building block for the country’s economic and social growth and development.

Gender equality certification is based on the UNI/PdR 125:2022 guidelines; it is not mandatory but was a voluntary choice by our company.
